II. Extra Software

The software you will need is a web browser, photo viewer, Google Earth and Adobe Acrobat Reader. All the courses contain PDF files such as didactic commentary, worksheets etc., and therefore in order to read those you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will need a photo viewer installed on your computers for the tutorial 'Brown Coal' under the Geography subject and the Google Earth software needs to be installed on your computers for the 'Haiti' and 'The Lesser Spotted Eagle' course.

III. Internet Connections

The Haiti course under Geography and The Lesser Spotted Eagle course user Biology will need an internet connection as the KML files will be displayed in Google Earth. For the rest of the courses after downloading the content from the Landmap website, you will not need an internet connection to complete the course.
